Douglas Fraser, former president of the United Auto Workers and university professor of labor studies here, and U.S. Congressman John Dingell will receive the Walter P. Reuther Humanitarian Award from WSU at a 5:30 p.m. Oct. 26 gathering at the Reuther Library on campus. Tickets are $50, with proceeds benefiting the university's labor programs.
